Where are we?
Marazion is best known for being the gateway to the magnificent island castle of St Michaels Mount. Marazion is just 3 miles from Penzance in the gorgeous Penwith peninsular close to Land’s End, St Ives and The Lizard.
Britannia House is a fine Victorian house just 100m from the sea overlooking the ocean, a close walking distance from the quaint town centre of Marazion with it’s two sandy beaches and tidal causeway to St Michaels Mount.
We offer free off-site car parking just a short walk away, and we’re just a 10 minute taxi ride from Penzance rail and bus stations.

Our guiding principle is to offer exceptional accommodation and service, to make our guests feel they are ‘home from home’ and to make their stay with us in Marazion one to remember and be somewhere they’d love to stay again.
We believe that there are a few prerequisites that an exclusive bed and breakfast must have - relaxing décor, very comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, fresh linens, fluffy towels, fresh flowers and a hearty breakfast with plenty of choice and personal service. “We have just completed our 2nd stay at this WONDERFUL B&B. Last year we stayed in the ‘Lower Deck’ and this year we went ‘Upper’ class!! We love B&B’s, we’ve been staying in them for 20+ years all over the UK, and love being repeat guests when we find a gem of a place. Both ‘Lower’ and ‘Upper’ have their special unique charm. We love Paul’s banter, and Alison’s hearty brekfasts. We try to replicate the ‘French Toast’ at home, but still can’t get it quite as good. Betty the black lab is adorable, and so well behaved.
